Hm, anyone familiar with this error? I can log in, but my UI is default and cant seem to get it to stay. Also makes me check the User agreement everytime I log in

Most likely some filepermission issue.
Move the game folder out from program files if you have it there (directly to C: or D: etc).
Untick read-only by rightclicking on the Warhammer - Return of Reckoning folder and selecting properties.
Whitelist it on your firewall/antivirus

could be some files are corrupted then. try running repair from launcher gog wheel.
could also be that the disk its on has bad sectors or errors that are corrupting data, though thats less likely.
