Problem banner

Hello, I can no longer take out the banner of my guild, two days ago I took it out in a fort but it was stuck in the structure I could not take it back now it tells me that it is still active I need to get it back, can you help me?

This happens when banner decays after deploy it. No fix possible until server crashed/reset.

so I can no longer deploy the standard with this character? at one time he returned by mail...
