IMPROVED FLEE (OFFENSIVE against Kiters) :mrgreen:

Greetings Everyone,

Has anyone ever put points into IMPROVED FLEE as an offensive tool for SOLO 1v1 battles?

If so would putting renown points in the ‘skill’ worth the investment? Is it effective against kiting shaman, squig hunters, or other fleeing opponents? (Destro can chime in when fighting AMs, SWs, or Engies, etc)

It's bugged, stops working after first loading screen.

But if it worked it would also be used by kiters and is more beneficial to them as they can use the AP while getting chased.
