Bs dungeon influence

Hello. I runt 5 times Bs dungeon on chosen and got all armor part. my influence is locked 30k/32K since the last 2 runs. and cannot claim the cape. anything I can do to fix?

/reload, relog, check influence vendor, if you still can't claim, check lockout timer, if you are not locked go kill a wing boss.

The cape is pretty crucial before sov as it let's you run 5-6p bloodlord with 3-2p sent as 2H.
