Pure Addon help (new player) - vinyUI

Hello,

I just started playing RoR and wanted to set up a decent UI. I have installed the vinyUI as a base starter UI but I can't see to make the addon Pure constantly show my health and action points while out of combat and while not targeting myself. I would also like the target unit frame to contain enemy and friendly targets (similar to how WoW works basically - you have one player unit frame that is always showing your health plus ap/mana etc and one unit frame that displays your target hostile or friendly).

Is this possible? I tried fiddling with the settings in Pure to allow the Player frame to be shown out of combat but it still seems to disappear if im not targeting myself?

If there is an alternative addon that can help me get what I previously described please let me know too!

Need /pure at chat-->Player-->Unit Frame and Font Alpha to 1. Its 0 at VinyUI on default.
