Can’t purchase Ruin gear?

Title explains it.

Did some PQs to get War Tokens to buy some Ruin gear and now I cannot purchase them from the vendor. I can buy potions, but not the armor…

Anyone else having a similar issue?

I believe that Ruin gear requires wards from lower tier gear to be able to buy. So you might need to buy the lower tier pq gear first.

You can buy it without wards, but you cant equip it.
