Can't login with 2 dif characters

First SM, now can't login with my WL either.
Tried reinstalling/redownloading. Everything I can think of or search up.
Any suggestions?

Gamesbonnd or a GM will be able to move you, hopefully that will fix it.

I'm not sure if this will work anymore but a long time ago you could type while in a loading screen. What you should try doing is typing /stuck twice in a row. So type /stuck click enter than type /stuck again while the character is loading into the game. This will cause the character to teleport but it will also make the loading screen bug go away and you should be able to play those characters again. This has happened to me in the past and that's how I fixed it myself. But this was years ago so not sure if it will work anymore.
