Single large button

Is there an addon that can put a single large button on the screen ?
I am after something that shows the the cooldown state of a skill and to be big enough that I can see it easily. Too hard work keep on searching the bars to see it

Should be one called Cool Down or CDown. If you can't find on let me know, and I will send you a copy
