Armor Sets with bonus based new playstyle/Abilities

Hi all!
I wanted to suggest a new series of sets, each dedicated to adding a lore friendly alternative play and fashion style.
To compensate for unique and hard to balance bonuses the sets could be between conq and invader ilvl.
They could consist of 8ps (full body+cloak+4 slot ring), with set bonus follwing:
2-3p bonus: No Bonus
4-5p: main stat and wounds
6-7p bonus: set specific buffs, starting with the worst bonus
8p bonus: gain new abilities
The armor appearance can be from any class in the same race (so no need to make new items), but should respect the armor weight class of the set.
Will edit later to include appearance list or bad photoshop and some ideas for other classes

Nurgle set YES please.
Nurgle unites are tanky so slower attacks stronger plague like auras and more block%

too many in game sets already at 40
they could add just aesthetic sets (no stats) just to make your char looks different.

Not really.. 7 pve, 4 sc, 2 RvR, 4 sov/inv.. if that's too much for you maybe you are the casual bot you were fighting all along
And you can't equip all C40 equip at 40.. it's a longer journey from R40 to 80 than 0 to 40, so you have plenty of time to get to know them all even if it's your first char.
Of these 17 C40 sets, endgame will involve around 5 or less (for main+off spec), because none of the sets really do anything other than redistribute stats and the few interesting procs don't do enough and so are eventually replaced by their next tier sets.
The appearance is to me just there to help with emersion, there's been plenty of threads dedicated to that topic, but it's secondary in this one.

Like this idea that we come up with new set idea's for classess just for fun=) Imo Red-Eye should be under lvl 40 gear and not required for Sentinel. Now that no item's in bags there should be boots/gloves BoE dropping up to invader minimum and requirements removed to wear any gear up to Vanquisher, and vanq should be rr 51-55. Conq/Domi rr40.
Okay to some idea's about new sets and how to obtain them. New Influence brackets. Currently r38 rr38 highest inf-rewards would be T2-3 rewards inf bracket starts when lvl 16 so plenty time to get there and after that new bracket with new set items. 1 Universal (def) set and 1 Universal (off) set.
Set Pieces for offensive and defensive being: Event Slot (would give 1% Crit nothing else) jewelry, belt (with tali slot) Pocket (with tali slot), Cloak and Wpn. 6-piece set and Wpn would have procs. Can get From Inf rewards and Belt dropping in scs/rvr. OFF sets for all classes would have same set bonuses from 2-4pc but 5 and 6pc bonuses would differ.
DoK/WP Offensive setbonuses (same 2-4bonuses same for all so change melee power to magic/ranged depending on class./ 2pc 10% chance on hit to reduce next 2 heals by 450 works on melee heals/pots/morales every heal there is - 3pc 60str/60MP- 4pc on hit or being hit 5% chance to pilfer/lifesteal for 150hp - 5pc 5% chance on hit or being hit to gain 40SE/RF 2 sec ICD - 6pc - 2.25 seconds off from Rend Soul Cooldown & Devour Essence does 25 % increased critical dmg (Same for WP DA/SS but SS would do 25%more healing with dmg)
Wpn Procs for WP/DoK OFF would be 10% on Hit chance to Steal 444 Armour and 180Spirit resis (stacking with buffs/debuffs)
Black Orc And Swordmaster OFF sets. 2pc same as above - 3pc 60str/60mp dmg - 4pc on hit or being hit 5% chance to Pilfer/Lifesteal 150 hp - 5pc Attacking Defences 10% on hit chance to increase parry/block/disrupt/dodge by 8% for 8 seconds - 6pc + 15% Critical Dmg.
2H for SM/BLORC OFF set would have 10 % on hit to taunt target and 5% chance to gain 40AP when being hit.
