Gates of Ekrund event scen - working as intended?

Hail all,
Ive played gates of Ekrund last 6montsh while it has been a good solid fun pug scen
9 out of 10 times its been 6 vs 6 or 12 vs 12 good fights, equal teams, great scen, very good scen, both sides give their all and many games go down to wire
1 out of 10 times its 5 vs 6 or 6 vs 5 one team 1 man short destro or order, np, it happens
now it has been made a weekend event scen and now NONE of the games are 6 vs 6 or 12 vs 12
ive done 13 so far
Order always outnumbered
3vs 6
2 vs 6
5 vs 12
6 vs 7
6 vs 12
6 vs 10
4 vs 6
3 vs 12
10 vs 12 etc
why,?
now i can understand a 4 vs 6, or even 10 vs 12 2 guys didnt take the queue it happens or even a 6 v 4 or 12 vs 10 same reason but for destro,
but how can u explain the game allowing a 3 vs 12 to go ahead? order doesnt even have enough for 1 team of 6 so why does the game 'strangely' allow a 2nd 6man destro to queue on top of the first 6man knowing order doesnt even have 6?
if Order get a 6man and hope for vs 6 and the game 'strangely' makes it 6 vs 10 or 6 vs12 ,
if it were 6 vs 3 then 3 vs 6 or 12 vs 6 then 6 vs 12 ok its messed up but at least both sides are facing the same bug, so why are ALL the numbers favouring destro?
anyone have any sensible input or explanations? any CET GMT Order players have any different experiences so far?
if not, i think the queuing system for the event needs looking at by Devs/Gms as obv changing it from pug to a weekend event smth has gone badly wrong
otherwise it is just handing destro free wins all day long from day 1 of event
