Ch 22 PQ 12 man instead of 24

Ch22 PQs not really done much anymore. Perhaps these could be scaled to 12 man content rather than 24 to match the interest level and effort forming groups vs reward.

Split the difference to 18 maybe? But agreed 12-18 would be better. Onslaught set is very nice for tanks/bw/sorc//we/wh/healers.

Would support this. 12 man is easier to get than 24.
We just need to admit, that we don't have the numbers of player.
