Unable to log in

Hi, hope everyones good.
Im having an issue and i cant seem to find it in stickys.
I am able to log in to the webpage with my details just fine but when i put the same username and password in the launcher it says invalid username/password.
What am i meant to do here ?

make sure your password doesnt contain symbols. just numbers and letters should work.
you can change password here under user control panel on top right

I had to reset my password so i am using the password that was sent to me in an email.

yes, but change it if you cant log in with it.... User Control Panel > Profile > Edit Account settings

the problem is that Launcher is using latin-1 encoding and forums utf-8, so symbols in the password can be accepted differently sadly.
