is it possible to import any external 3d new models inside the game? oris it impossible cause the script?

Actually, it has already been done couple of times : Fortress weapons and Garden of Qu'Aph.

that was'nt stupid but maybe this is, what is supposed to happen after a keep lord has been taken down, crests/marks/coins are added to your inventory or by mail, because after a week and a half of doing little more than hold the line at the keep lord, last night was the first time a reward was sent by mail, before that it keeps saying, "you came 1st place, but win no loot"
