I have over 150 ranked games played in the first week.
First: Remove 1k mmr req to drop Triumphant insignia.
Why?
Most solo players join the discord, so it's not big diffrent in group ranked.
Still we have a lot mmr assasins in ranked. My record is the same person 5 times in a row, so the game is immediately lost.Even as there are 3-5 ranked games you can still meet same person 3-5time in a row.
You can be very good player and still on bottom in ranking, and you can be very bad player and be on top. It's just luck.
Second:: Add 1h lockout to destro / order if joining ranked game, or just restore old lockout system.
A lot of players log in only on the winning side, and only when the situation changes, they do it again.
Third: Disable Queue Queuer addon or make able to join ranked only from Ranked Leaderboards.
Most people will join the scenario using this addon where ranked cannot be disabled.
I've had a lot of games with players who didn't want to join a ranked game.

Change the system to promote games with different character classes.

i totally agree with these points but for the last one, they shjould rebalance all clsses around 6v6 and not in rvr criteria.

To promote GroupRanked wouldn't be a bad thing.
If that: "when we review the class we will look at that" would have been done to slayers before season start. Need to mention that the hunt for BIS is just an impossible task for some classes now.
I really liked SoloRanked before, but i don't wanna join the discord. And i don't wanna be a disadvantage for the team, means i stopped. (Maybe streamers can stop broadcast the voice chat ?!?)

I have to say Ranked pleasantly surprised me in many ways and on the whole I think it is a great addition to RoR.
Your first point is, in my eyes, its main issue.
The way MMR currently works, it is possible to cherry pick and switch sides to avoid playing against capable opponents. This seems contrary to the spirit of a ranked gamemode; especially one that locks rewards behind high rating.
I think a beginner bracket (0-250, 0-350, something like that) would help greatly in solving this issue and, also quite importantly, keeping beginning players on board. In the end, giving players a place where they can learn will likely ensure the health of the playerbase in the long run.
Nothing scares players away like getting mismatch after mismatch in which they are the weak link.
Another idea is to make the amount of games played influence the amount of MMR a player gets. This would reward players who keep playing when the competition gets tough, and disincentivise people from only playing when they know they're on the winning side.

What if mmr loss/gain depended (maybe just partially?) on individual performance? (damage dealt/kbs/protection/healing done). I think it could offset some of the issues.

Unfortunately a bad proposition. -willpower talis healers with 0 survi?
-tanks that spam challange/m2/m4 on cd?(there is kotbz that use m4 on full hp:D) (you can spam now challange/m2 on fort/city and you have top contri as a tank)
-full dps build range/melle?

What just happen now:D 2times in a row very bad dps on destro side, everyone login on order:D 7 destro in que 29order in que:D (i just have 2x80+ choppa not assisting each other, and another ranked choppa without chop fasta)

I still think this 1000mmr thing is a huge mistake to solo ranked. People realizing they never catch the 1000mmr will most likely stop playing solo and ranked in total. The community is small the amount of people who are interested in ranked are even smaller. The actual system benefits meta classes and penalize off meta classes. BiS Gear should accessable to everyone. If you play a offmeta class it's a hard time to find a grp for ranked and solo it's 50/50 win/loss but far from 1000mmr and 50 wins.
