Casting gets stuck, can't open UI, NPC's/players disappear.

About every 10 minutes or so I cast a spell and it gets stuck at the last part of the spell. I can't open any of the UI but can move around. After about 30 seconds every npc and player vanishes and 30 seconds after that it fixes itself.

It has to do with the lag, yes.

Is there a way to fix it? My connection is fine in every other game I play. It's fine in this game as well(not counting this one issue)

It's nothing to do with the players connection, just the server itself.
