PQ chest s missing from map

For months now the little PQ chests on every zone map have disappeared. I kept hoping a patch would correct it, but I don't know what has caused it. I still see the tent/castle chapter icons but no PQ info at all.

I've had to wander around and hope to run into a pq by chance or work from memory I did try to disable all add ons but the problem persisted. Any ideas on what I can change/fix to get the PQ icons back?

You might try using the repair function on the launcher. The map icon may have gotten corrupted in your install, and needs to be replaced. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the launcher, click repair and then shut down and restart the launcher. It takes about a half hour or so for it to check all your files and then will download and replace anything that is broken.
