not sure why the game client is not woking

Hi guys so followed the instructions download from torrent etc move the entire folder in programs click read and unread tried both run as administrator etc when the client loads i get this error massage on the clip bored

access denied it says. so you are not having access to that location.

Right after the Torrent download:
+ Stop your Torrent from seeding (close it, maybe check your task manager)

Directory Rights:
+ Move the Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning folder outside the torrent folder ReturnofReckoning-March2020
+ Move the Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning folder to: c:\ for instance move it to c:\Games
(but NOT inside c:\ Program Files; it should be in a folder which it has write access!)
+ Remove the write-protection from all files inside Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning folder.
(Right click Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning folder > properties > disable the read-only box)

Antivirus, Firewall, or Malware detection programs:
+ Check that your whole Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning folder is whitelisted in your Antivirus (Windows Defender) program.
+ Check if your Firewall or Maleware detection program doesn't interfere with the install.

Inside the Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning folder:
+ delete the RoRLauncher.exe
+ download a new one here: http://launcher.returnofreckoning.com/RoRLauncher.exe
+ put the new RoRlauncher.exe back into the Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning folder.
+ You may also try running the RoRLauncher.exe with Administrator privileges.
(Right click RoRLauncher.exe > properties > run administrator)

The Install:
+ Run the RoRLauncher.exe
+ Let it update (sometimes it needs a few seconds until it starts)
+ Start the game until you reach the character selection. Close the Game and the Launcher again.
+ Repeat the first 2-steps.
+ Done.

DirectX 9.0c:
+ DirectX 9.0c is required!
You can find it inside the ReturnOfReckoning-March2020 Torrent folder > dx90c folder open that and run DXSETUP.exe
