able to log into Forum. cannot log into Game

I am able to log into the forum just fine. but when I use those credentials to log into game, I get an error. Invalid Username/Password. I was under the impression that the forum credentials are the same as the login and password for the launcher. Is this incorrect?

They are the same, but the launcher is more restrictive. It's recommended to not use any special characters and keep you password between 6-12 characters
