Best time to play (EU)?

Hi there - recently relocated from Austin, TX to Dublin, Ireland.

What's the best time to play (sc's, roam, etc.) for EU time?

It's busy all day apart from 7 to 10am when NA players log off and EU players log on in my experience.

There's never a good time if you're planning to play Scenarios. Unless you wont get frustrated like me when 90% of the time you run into premades and imbalanced numbers where you don't even have a fight, just get 0 renown 10 times in a row. You then ask yourself what happened with the few hours of your life.
