T1 cr15 rr 20 locked chars!

Hi there!
Can we get the option to bind few characters to T1 only, out of 22 available slots majority of players have one or 2 slots for t1 toons that
most such as myself wipe and start over just so to stay in T1 and have fun or even help new players with rvr/scs. I think it would be positive to be able to lvl to lvl 15 and lock the toon t1 without fear of geting chickend out of the zone!

loled, enjoy your little imbaness from lvl14-16 and then start over. I mean you said T1 is fun! Why not do it again and again and again?

I would even say: lets make alle the imba lvl13+ gear available for lvl16+ only!

no, that would cause new players to run away from the game if there are twinks that are geared up and impossible to kill for new users.

if anything the lock should be much lower, like CR8 or something to not be unfair to players who play the game first time

Its either 1 or 2 chars cr 8,10 or 15 locked or constant reroll of chars from 1 to 15,i dont see a problem
plus
there is 22 character slots available is it not?
also i have no problem with twinking chars,and showing ppl how to do it (for t1 that is)

Perma T1-chars were a thing back on live (the F2P thing) and it made beginner's lifes horrible. Firm NO.

did so with WH:jump out of stealth(2 accusations)---->1 absolution+1 razor strike(or torment with positioning) then 1 absolution.
rince and repeat and 5 seconds later its dead
had luck with kotbs once:Taunt to break casting,3 stacks of lightbulbs ,interupt skill(forgot name),or with sm in combo with bw 100% buildup increase

shaman is op in every tier
but
what about t4 in sov? there are indeed classes that are nearly impossible to kill, when do we start to prevent that?
