Highest "potential" damage from melee i think are choppas and slayers but they need to be constantly in red to do it

highest potential dmg in RDPS i believe are BW's and sorcs

Can never go wrong with the stealth classes. Witch Hunters or Witch Elfs are the way to go for single target dps. If you want AoE, Slayers would be #1.

Engi because he have bugged turret which can shoot through walls, dont even must see enemy, it shoot everything, play engi, only enginer

Slayers had highest average single target damage over a 10s followed closely by Choppers that had a tad lower average but a bigger spike. Slayers had highest AOE damage by a wide margin of the two

Out of curiosity - are you only talking about slayer/choppa now, or all classes?
