I downloaded all the 5 parts for the game following the links on the website and I now have the .rar files.
The guide says I have to extract them, but they all contain a folder called Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning.
What exactly do I have to do once I extracted those folders?
I would really appreciate some help,

Just extract from the first one, the others should be extracted too automatically.
