Scenario Win-Quests: Upgrade to Oppressor Emblems
Scenario pops have slowed down immensely since I started playing. The grind for Anathema/Oppressor gear is terrible at the moment. So I would suggest that at somewhere between RR50 to RR55 the scenario win-quests be upgraded to yield Oppressor Emblems rather than the somewhat useless Dominator Emblems (since you can't covert them up).

Yes!
There is allready similar game mechanic for RvR bags. Example: Did you completed Vanquisher set? You can start getting invader medallions now.
At some RR you should start getting Oppressor Emblems for the quest, not Dominator ones.

That would make anathema grind(s) soo much easier, right now sc quests are kinda obsolete once you get rr45 weapons (well, there's always gold but come on).
