I lost one of my characters on order side.

I lost one of my characters on the order side. Someone from my guild switched to destro side (I play mostly destro side) asked me why I left the guild. I checked that I do not have my RP "Alubertus" character in the character selection window. I haven't logged in to order side for a while. Maybe a week ago. What can I do with this?
