Mdps 7 sov bonus works too weak. It does not match the description "on hit". Aoe skills don't turn it on, which is fine for me. Unfortunately, AA attacks do not turn it on, which means that the bonus is triggered extremely rarely.
I suggest AA attacks to be able to trigger 7 sov bonus or change from 10 sec debuff on target to 10 sec self buff. So that you can use this bonus. Otherwise it will be a dead bonus.
