Question regarding names.

Hello, im wondering do character names get wiped after a specific amount of time inactive?

a name im wanting to namechange to is currently on a level 9 IB with 1 hour played and that hasnt changed in weeks, so wondering if there is some sort of inactivity timer for name wipes.
