Bugged item?

I got a Furd's Bottomless Mug. But that item seems not working at all (not right clickable). And second there is a textbug in the tooltip of it.

Hey,

according to the Bug Tracker (where bugs belong),
is this item tagged as "not implemented yet"...so it has no use currently or ever :D (BT ticket: Furd's Bottomless Mug)
