Username inactive.

Hey, recently i came back to the game and cant recover my account, i get a message:

The specified username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator.

which is different than the message if i insert an incorrect login name or incorrect password, so I assume the informations are right and for some reason my account has been inactive or deleted?

Its been like 7-8 months since i played it.

Also, the forgot my password tool doesnt do any help... never received any email on all my current emails
