Texture memory cache disabled

Greetings. It's been two days since i downloaded the client and started playing but i've noticed that i cannot adjust the Texture Memory Cache slider. Why's that? I mean my laptop (Acer Nitro 5) can more than handle the game so...

I had this problem
It's gfx driver problem. Make sure you have latest gfx driver installed and your primary display is using it
Orrud -> Hirn -> Norn -> Marty'r Square

You were right! I had to make the .exe of the game use my nvidia high end gpu through Nvidia's settings. Thanks!
