Target marker add on?

I would like an add on that brightly highlights my targeted enemy. I tried the adding “target ring” and I even found the adjustments but it just doesn’t highlight enough for me. What I would like is something like the “enemy” add on target markers but I only want them on my targeted players or enemies.

You can just replace / edit the graphicsfile, like so:
