The helm appearance is from the Rare Fortune set, shoulders may be too but I'm not certain of that. I'll check when I get home tonight and try to let you know.

So I bought Rare Fortune shoulders and unfortunately it's not them, not sure about the helmet because it's not available on the ah.

its from the T2 epic quests rewards , greenskin and dark elf quests
