[WP] Divine Amazement, grace M4

tooltip doesn't say limit of target numbers. yet it hits only 4.



should i put it on bugtracker? no specific number means 24 targets.
i faintly remember something got changed about this M4.
anyone know correctly?

Were there more than 4 people within 10 ft? SS doesn't really show that.

The real question is why is that a m4 when rampaging siphon is a thing and its a m2.

it was fort funnel, blocking melee push.
pretty sure 4+ around me.
it's not 1 time testing. had checked combat logs for some time since i noticed lack of lifetap.

fyi, at the same push, my m2 ( after i got rez fight was kept going until new m2 ) healed 3600 ( 6x600 ) for grp.
should've saved that screen too.

it's always been 4 four targets. don't know if this is bug or by design. that is why the morale has always been garbage. it's exactly 1/2 as good as your M2.

Huh, I wonder if that's why I always though it was very mediocre when testing it. It always felt just like a worse M2, an if it's capped to 4 for some reason then yeah, it is (for the investment).
