HP Number Addon

Is there any Addon on the Market which actually shows the target Healthpoints in Numbers of Player-Characters and Non-Player-Characters?

Sometimes its hard to heal when you dont know how much is left to heal. The Greenbar is not as suffisant as i like it to be :)
