Game Worked fine until today. What is this? (screenshot)

Well I tried to add a screenshot but it isn't working but I was able to copy+paste the code below. When I launch RORlauncher a big text box pops up. Previously it worked fine. I deleted and re-downloaded but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?
