Broken quest mob

[Shinnanigens]

So this Quest mob at starting Orc area named Sploop wants you to go click on a junk pile. When you do a bunch of mobs spawn out of it and aggro you but don't attack and are level 3 1 shots giving drops and exp.

I am trying to add a SS but it won't let me attach one or drag and drop it
