Entering game inncorect username/password issue

Hi to you all kind people,
this morning my computer broke down and i made new warhammer game installation on a new pc, and with a same login and pasword i havent been able to enter the game. Tho i changed the pasword on this forum account due to the fact i forgot it. And now i cant enter the game. My login is LukaVisnjic45. Pls help, id like to play again
