not recieving mail with won loot bags

Hey guys , im asking your advice in case im doing something wrong , or maybe im reporting a bug , i dont rly know

What happened to me : 1) saw on chat i won a purple bag in rvr , server restarted , mail with bag never came (at first i considered this a restart issue and didnt rly bother)
2) some hours later i won a golden bag in rvr , mail never came again
3) today (one day later) , i won a green bag , which also hasnt arrive via mail , 20+ minutes after being won


Question : Am I doing something wrong? do i need to somehow confirm that I do want these bags which i won ?

It happened to me on monday at about 02:15 am server time when destro took Praag's keep. I won a gold bag but never received it.
