I was thinking about giving warlord on city bags, anyway no ones uses warlord and It could be a good motivation.
The problem its when you start farming royals you wont use them on warlord

I've seen lots of people mixing up warlord with different sets or with the sov gear.
It's not uncommon to see full warlord bgs and doks

If nobody uses Warlord, free Warlord won't change the fact nobody wants Warlord.

There are classes who need the Warlord set for their BiS. DPS DoK is one of them. There's no 'problem' if royals aren't spent on the Warlord set for the most part, because you can spend them on Sovereign.

noone use warlord cos while u collect crests for invader you are rr+80 and have tons royals which u could just use for sov

Even if Warlord isn't your first set, it'll be something to work on for appearances later.
