Personality: Being such a young Elf, Sarrien has quite the witty personality. Having the power of House Felryth and the Blood Legion awarded to him so early in his life, he has little to no filter on his words. He seems to feel invincible, relying on his new found army to keep him safe as he does what he pleases. Spoiled and selfish, this Elf can be quite annoying if he wishes.

That being said, he does have the mind of a general. Being trained from his birth in the art of war and strategy, he has a solid foundation on which he now leads the Blood Legion. Falling back on the Warlords he has put in charge of the Legion's campaign, he is free to pull the strings as he sees fit.

Brief History: House Felryth was founded by a High Elven warlord named Nalanir Brightspear. Nalanir was a powerful commander who led the House's forces into the First War against Chaos. The House's fighting force, known as the Bright Legion, acted as a Vanguard to other Elven houses who focused on completing objectives. While they had powerful magicians in their ranks, Nalanir made it their entire goal to ensure their allies were safe. This tradition stayed with House Felryth for thousands of years.

Nalanir and House Felryth had stood valiantly against the foes of the Elves, though their loyalties ultimately lied with their rightful Phoenix King, Malekith the Great. When unrest erupted on Ulthuan with the death of Phoenix King Bel-Shanaar, House Felryth fought their brethren in the name of the Dark Elves now under command of Malekith. Boarding their dark arks, the House joined the Dark Elves in their pilgrimage to found the kingdom of Naggaroth.

Nalanir, changing his surname to the Frigid, bided his time in the House's new home. He spent many years training his soldiers for a new era of war. He renamed them the Blood Legion to better reflect their change in culture. Their vengeance was strong against their High Elven cousins, keeping to themselves as the other Dark Elven houses went to sew seeds of war between the High Elves and the Dwarven Kingdoms. Many assaults were attended by the Blood Legion in Malekith's campaign to claim a foothold on Ulthuan.

Sarrien was born in the year 2246. The House of Felryth was quite influential in Dark Elven society at this time. They were known for their militaristic displays of force against the Elves of Ulthuan. The Blood Legion contributed to many successes of the Dark Elven host, which made them hold their children in very high standards. Being a direct descendant of Nalanir the Frigidheart, Sarrien was to be the next high noble to help coordinate the House politics.

Sarrien was born an ill child, though. He was quickly being discounted for his lack of strength. The House Felryth was discussing if this young child would have the ability to lead an army if he was not able to swing a blade or wear heavy armor. A power struggle rose quickly within the house as many lesser lords began to submit their children in proxy of Sarrien's state. The young heir's parents had to act quickly, forcing them to do something drastic.

Being heavily outcast by Malekith himself, male sorcerers were a very rare sight to see. Sarrien's mother, Dalieha Felryth, was a very powerful sorcerer that spend years raising Sarrien as a wielder of Dark Magic. Her plan was to one day have her son have a strength within him to take the mantle placed on his shoulder, showing his dark powers or not. He learned quickly as the years went by, living in the secrecy of his personal chambers as his family discussed his fate in open forum.

His father, Cerian Felryth, also did his part to empower his soon. As High Commander of the Blood Legion's army, he was well versed in tactical planning and warfare. He spent as much time as the House allowed him with the young Sarrian, instructing him of how an army must work and maneuver. He taught him how to fight their ancient enemies of Ulthuan, hoping that he would prove himself in strength of mind.

When Sarrien came of age, the council of Felryth known as the Scarlet Congress met to discuss the fate of the House. A heated discussion followed, causing many lesser lord to rebel against the greater House leaders. What resulted was a civil war. With the Blood Legion on distant shores, working on their new campaign in the Age of Reckoning, the greater House leaders were overwhelmed and slain. This included Sarrien's father, Cerian.

While Felryth was vulnerable, rival Houses moved in to wipe out their largest competitor. Under the weigh of their collective enemies, the House was completely crushed. Deleiha got Sarrien to a boat with her personal guardmen, sending him to the Blood Legion's forward command post in hoped of keeping her son alive. As they took off from the shores, she was slain by enemy archers. The remaining guardsmen kept the young heir safe until they landed at the Bastion of Blood.

Sarrien then took the mantle of Lord of House Felryth, now protected by the armies of the Blood Legion. Upon hearing of the treaty of Destruction, Sarrien happily opened the Legion's arms to accept his new allies. He attracted the attention of two powerful groups. The Warbosses of the Gud Guttin' Boyz agreed to join with the young Lord for a chance of splitting skulls. With them, the Warband of Chaos led by Magus Undying also saw potential in the young Elf.

They now scour the land, taking the fight to the forces of Order. Sarrien has his plans within the Legion, and continues to pull the strings of war.
