Sc and Rvr Quests.

Hello all, i want to start by thanking the guys running the private server and wich awsome job they are doing by keeping this EPIC game alive.
Now to the part were i want to point out an issue that i found that maybe needs some attention. The reason i play this game is the epic mechanic of pvp/sc or RVR. THERE IS NO OTHER GAME THAT HAS BOTH IN IT LIKE WARHAMMER ONLINE DOES Im having this tiny problem with the quests u have to do in sc or rvr and get the reward in your Capital home town. Both Altdorf and IC have been looked for many hours now and i was thinking ok there is a reason for it. To maybe make the players of this game enjoy other tiers in game. Wich is totaly ok for me. But would it not be easyer to just create an NPC that is even outside our major citys when they are locked? This is what i was wondering and givin a thaught. Regards Urukrhaa, the one and only
