Hidden Elements

So for some reason my Granted Abilities bar is hidden and no matter what add-on i mess with or try to enable/disable its still gone. Anyone know a cause and or fix?

I also don't have a respawn timer anymore, I checked a box on some add-on that disabled it for a Respawn Cast Bar Timer, but that isn't working and i can't find which add-on it was on.

I found only one solution to persistent hidden elements - hard reset. Open Layout Editor, press Reset but DO NOT save and press CANCEL instead. Some addons may behave wierd, /rel again.
