Class resource as a bar

Is there an addon that would change specifically WP righteous fury globe into a normal bar preferably with like fade ooc and opacity settings maybe texture settings color ect. ?

Also I'm looking for an addon with mouse over auto hide for the tactics bar.
Also a way to abbreviate chat channel names so like LFG becomes L or just 5.

You can do that with /effigy - add a new bar, and set it as PlayerCareer.
