Help new player with addons

so i never before used addons for warhammer online ,can you help me find some addons that warn about vital cds return ,a change in hot bars and generally tips what other addons i main need for rvr i dont care about pve i only play melle character cause of age time restrictions i dont plan to play more than 1 class other than black orc . Thanks in addvance oh and ye when i log in the site i always get a warning about my code on chrome been visible what is that ?
