Invalid Username/Password

I have access to the forums with a password which is all lower case and 6 characters in length all letters, no numbers or special characters. Sadly though I do not have access to the game and get the classic Invalid Username/Password error. What steps would you suggest I take and or is there an action the admins need to take for my forum password to work on the game client.

I just reactivated your account, I think it was older than the threshold for auto-activation. See if you can get in now.

I just downloaded the game today and am having the same issue. I did notice that i never received an email to confirm my email with a link, only a welcome email with a link to these forums, i wonder if that has something to do with it?

I'm sorry I'm new here, is the game login info the same as the forum login?
BTW, I did not receive any confirmation email when signing up for the forums?

Cant log in, password and user name is correct

could log in earlier, can log into forum. but not into the client

EDIT: had to remove special characters from pass. good to go.
