Steam big picture controller map

Yeah, i decided to try controller play because why not xD

so, i added the ror launcher to Steam and mapped the controller with the big picture mode, but it doesn't seem to work. Anyone has suggestions?

You need to make sure steam has admin rights otherwise the overlay wont work. Therees nothing else to setup that I can remember, i'ved used it like this for years.

Incidentally, controller works well for melee characters but not so good for ranged - i should look into making an action targeting reticle addon at some point so i can play bw.

I made a sudo one using a an overlay tool to put a crosshair at centre of screen, then changed a button click to centre the cursor on that point and left click, but any sort of movement would throw off the cursor, if you were relatively still it worked well. If the tab targetting methods are accessible via some api im sure this wouldnt be too difficult to do.
