new to game, new to chosen could use some direction!

I'm curious on a sense of direction to take with my class as far as build, and gearing im unsure of it all. i've read a bit but am curious for a more direct answer.

I've yet to see any of the responses using this site https://builder.returnofreckoning.com/career/chosen but if someone could give me instructions for playing a chosen in RvR as a chosen in an effective HELPFUL manner i'd appreciate it!
