War report stuck infront of map?

Hey im new i just downloaded the game started playing and this thing was in the middle of my screen and it wouldnt move like a box that shows maybe a war report? so i exited and started up again and now its right infront of my map in the top right corner i cant exit it out or move it.... uhhh any help here?
