War Report Missing

I just discovered on one of my characters, that the War Report Icon is missing. I had never tried to use it before, for this particular toon. I don't see the box at all when checking in the Interface interaction option. Any ideas?

Im not sure when it happends that the icon goes missing, but you can keybind it and use it despit the icon gone missing. But when in a party roaming or a warband, and you need to make a zoneswap to attack or defend an other zone, this is a nice tool to get there faster.
