Is there any way to get this seals transforming another ones ?? what are the equivalent from rvr?? officer emblems??

1. Not that I know of.
2. None, the closest thing is getting purple bags.
3. Completely different. Medals/emblems are to buy equipment, while seals are mostly used to buy renown enhancing potions. They can also be use to buy Subjugator weapons with a different name, and that's why they can be loosely close to get a purple bag.

will we get in the future any way to change this seals for others?? in the past was +/- easy to get this seals, but now is too hard to get them (the exemplar ones are harder iirc)
