[WP] BiS weapons Wrath

Hi guys,

a question for wrath experts. Essentially I would like you to ask your opinion regarding the three weapons from L40 dungeons: Truth, Anvil and Sledge.

The hearth asks for +Str +Ws of Truth, while the brain considers the low speed of Anvil.
Any advice?

Second: working on the sc emblems weapon, however I am constantly getting oppressor emblems as reward from sc.
Are repeatable quests the only way to get the previous conqueror emblems?

You can break oppressor emblems down into conquerer in a ratio of 1:5.
